Good news is coming from Japanese pop metal act BABYMETAL, The band has just released a new single "Elevator Girl". the single, will appear on BABYMETAL's next album, due later this year. BABYMETAL's upcoming album will be the follow-up to 2016's "Metal Resistance". Right after the BABYMETAL new album release of this second sophomore, BABYMETAL performed at London's prominent venue SSE Arena, Wembley and became the first Japanese act to have ever headlined there, a new record for Japanese band performance,and surprisingly breaking the all-time merchandising sales record at the SSE Arena Wembley venue.
BABYMETAL Initially formed in 2010 as a sub-unit of the Japanese idol group Sakura Gakuin, Babymetal became an independent group act in 2013, following Nakamoto's departure from Sakura Gakuin. Babymetal released their eponymous debut album in February 2014. Their second album Metal Resistance was released worldwide on April 1, 2016, charting well internationally for a Japanese band and very very great success
Japanese band BABYMETAL also had successful back-to-back performances at the massive Tokyo Dome thereafter, playing to 110,000 people over two nights.
